Hello,

There are a whole lot of lockup agreement shares coming available for sale beginning July 13th. With only (44m) 40% of shares outstanding traded currently, and (32m) 28% held by management/founders and (35m) 32% held by owner-brokers/dealers, it is reasonable to expect that a good number of the shares held away from the open market will come in to dilute any upward pressure you may see on the share price (after the Fed raises rates).

Past trading patterns of lockout shares being released on the open market has been quite consistent: a good number is immediately released on the market, and I suspect that in NITE's case the broker/dealer community has have no interest in holding on to the stock as they can just cash in on the tidy profit they already made on the stock.

Look for a dip from current levels till end-July, and pick up after at more attractive prices then....then again, post-July will lead us into the traditional summer slowdown....

Good luck everyone!
