BBOB, You may be right. They already mentioned they would spin off the base royalties if they grew to X% of the revenue stream. I'm not griping at all as I'm sure they thought this out,but honestly I can't see the benefits. My reasoning is simply that they had identical mgmt so they could deploy assets as if they were one outfit. Maybe they thought the market would be kinder to the larger entity, I have no idea honestly. TM
