re. KKRO, I don't remember that, x. I do remember plenty of discounted convertibles. And they got Lee Iacocca to join the board. I'm not sure how much good that did, but it did help the stock price momentarily. Which is the reason for the insider trading indictment: another KKRO director bought stock just before the announcement of Iacocca joining the board, and sold it afterwards.
