E-mail SEC and CNBC..

I just send the below e-mail to enforcement@sec.gov and questions@onair.cnbc.com. If SEC and CNBC receive enough e-mail message something is going to happen on this issue..

On July 23rd CNBC reported a rumor that Amazon.com may be buying Beyond.com for $48/share. The stock shot-up by more than 20% on high volume.

On July 24th the stock closed down 4 to 5 points.

Why in the world did CNBC have Beyond.com CEO in the studio for an interview on June 24th 6.30 PM EST?

Can CNBC stop spreading rumors of takeover speculations in the future? Also I request SEC to investigate this matter. If SEC has further questions, please contact me via e-mail and I would like a comment from CNBC.

Thanks!
