Cirruslvr - <What the heck is this guy writing about???> Like it or not, Intel has one of the strongest brandings on the planet right now. The article I posted is just one data point, but I believe indicative. Something to consider when talking about great designs, and if AMD can manufacture chips. Many pieces to the Intel puzzle, IMHO. <How in the world does he know this? We already expect CuLatermine to be at least 10% better than the current PIII, but we don't even have real-world benchmarks of EITHER chip!> I agree with you here. No benchmarks or system performance metrics for either chip. And keep it up with the Cu-whatever-line licks! Very motivational! :-). PB
