Hi Tech Bull, Delighted to add my 2 cents. I am curious, what sort of app do you have for the AMCC chips? Are you using any SiGer products? I bought AMCC and VTSS at the same time figuring one would be a winner. After a long bit of patience, I sold the VTSS because it was not performing and I could not secure any info on how their new 150MM fab was producing. As it turns out, I sold just as the market got interested in VTSS again. With AMCC, I'm in because I believe they will have a good product when the comms equipment guys ramp to OC-192. Do you concur? I'm wondering if you have an opinion on SiC. The operating temperature range is phenomenal. Will this become an important semiconductor material? so I know how their future looks like. Dude, I await with bated breath to know what their future might be. Can you share your wisdom on this subject? Is BRCM going to compete head to head on the PHY or MAC levels? CNXT? TXN? INTC? Will TSM take on GaAs, SiGer, SiC and crush the Norte Americanos? I hate to pester you, but you seem to know something.... Best, Ray
