I agree. There are implications for future developments an exploitation. MAN has 3 years to reach an agreement that will respect the rights and the wished of the community (who is pro-ming, as I said earlier). As for exploration, there is no problem.

Of course, this fact is probably why MAN is only $6.40 instead of $10.

As for the guarantee, MAN raised more than $60 millions in the past few years. We had a very difficult market. Still they did it. As I said earlier, you should check the backround of the managers and directors of MAN. This will provide your answer.
