Battlefield property disposition (June 23) Battlefield Minerals Corp BFM Shares issued 29,505,121 1999-05-04 close $0.14 Wednesday Jun 23 1999 The Vancouver Stock Exchange has accepted for filing, documentation pertaining to Clause 7.2 of a heads agreement dated April 19, 1999, whereby BoMc Holding Ltd. (beneficial owners Jean Raymond Boulle, Michael McMurrough, and Marius Botha, a director of the company), can acquire a 25-per-cent interest in the company's indirectly owned Grand Mine BVI Ltd. Grand Mine's wholly owned subsidiary, Mutapa Minerals (Pvt) Ltd., holds a 100-per-cent interest in the Pickstone-Peerless project in Zimbabwe. BoMc Holding is obligated to pay $100,000 (U.S.) to Grand Mine and covenant to lend Grand Mine sufficient funds to enable it to manage the project up to commencement of commercial production.
