Dave and all: The 533 MHZ chips will need a heftier powersupply to push the chip. The industry believes that current machines have enough power to push this new chip, but what about laptops? Will the batteries last more than 1 hour with this new chip? I know RISC chips are more efficient than Pentiums, but how much juice can you sacrifice in a laptop?
