What operating system do these $200 computers use? Linnux? If they don't use win98, can they have much software available? Or are they merely dumb terminals used for surfing the net? Seems to me, if a person saw the $$$ as an obstacle, they could buy one of those Korean E-Machines for $399 U.S. and still have win 98
