This is from Raging Bull: ragingbull.com To all GNNX investors: I am very pleased to announce that the management of GNNX has negotiated a mutually satisfactory settlement to the lawsuit that we have been engaged in for the past 6 months. This lawsuit will be dismissed as soon as the necessary documents can be brought before the court for the judge's signature. I wish nothing but the best for Genesis and their shareholders and look forward to watching the future plans that have been laid out by the present management of GNNX to come to fruition.
