From discussion with their analysts (they are covered well), I've heard two common themes from them:

1. They expect GSTX to move into positive territory in coming quarter. Several have spoken to mgmt and say they feel good about hitting their target.

2. The goal to move into positive territory is motivated by WANTING to be a buyout candidate. They say GSTX knows it will be difficult to compete in this market and is setting itself up to be bought.
