ALL: This doesn't seems to be a big problem... and has nothing to do with management.

I am not very familiar with AUI.

Can someone give me a short story on why this company is a winner.

Basically:

1) Who is managing ?

2) Where are the properties and how good are they ?

3) How much $$ in the bank ?

4) How many shares out (fd) ?
