Welcome Back Paul.... >>Too many people think that a competent, intelligent mensch like Eric Schmidt cannot weed out the dead heads at Novell. Somehow the bench warmers will fool him. These people are wrong. Novell's senior management is very focused on the success of Novell's winning the race to have its directory technology become the leading technology in the area of ecommerce. Do you think that with this priority they are not going to support the innovators within Novell? Do you think they are just going to watch the whole effort stagnate or drown because the company bureaucracy couldn't move fast enough to catch up with Novell's most innovative ecommerce initiatives? NOT A CHANCE!!!>> I am 1000% behind Schmidt. They still need to throw out some of the Old deadwood. I know this takes time: internet time..... Nice to have you back Paul.
