Orin should make the race interesting. He did look like a real stuffed suit in the Anita Hill thing but he has a long history as a leader. I thought of all republicans he handled himself well in the impeachment disaster. He was always pragmatic and never "threw gas on the fire." As far as experience and knowledge he makes Bush look like a child. Maybe it will be Bush/Hatch . or some combination, I still like Mc.Cain for the republicans because he is so independent compared to most. But the Christian Right probably doesn't like him. I can't see Buchannan as president but I guess he is no harder to envision than Reagan was when he was an actor! I think the Repubs. better figure soemthing out fast!
