Ken- Interesting concept. Looks like it's getting quite a bit of attention too. I think I'll try something similar. I'm going to start with $10000 and spread it over the 3 largest % decliners evenly regardless of share price. I'll keep you posted as to the performance. Might be riskier because of the class of stocks, but then again the risk will be spread a little more.
