Lou: I have done home work on the company for some time with nothing of import. It was one lost deal after the other. They had some good projects and they went down the drain. They made a change in management as it seems the new board is more in tune with mining, not oil as in the past. So just waiting for the right news, and there project to continue on] as the news rls. says they are trying real hard to get the company working and becoming a sucessful play. Right now it's hope and pray time just like most JV mining firms I do DD on. Regards and good investing. JNelson
