Mr Conan - that multiple would be correct at $ 53 a share, but I am trying to evaluate what the present PE would be at 8.25 a share assuming all shares were outstanding already, since the best case scenerio would require a dilution due to convertion.I think it is only fair to judge the stock's pe with those shares included. That would determine how cheap an investment the stock is today - which it is any ay you look at it.
