Heinz: We had about 80 million shares. There have been slower days but not by much. There was no serious commitment to this rally by the big money. You could see the energy being released at the opening when the Arms was in the 30s. They could have stepped in then but they were not serious.

Sometimes they move at 10:10 AM Eastern. However, they may have fallen asleep already. It looks like another waste of energy at this time.
