Bombay Dyeing awaits approval for disposal of units

Bombay Dyeing will seek shareholder approval at its forthcoming AGM on 23rd July to dispose off its textile units in Jamnagar, Gujarat and Roha, Maharashtra, as part of an exercise to restructure its textile business. The units would either be sold off or leased out.

The Roha unit is proposed to be sold off for a minimum of Rs 33.4 m, or leased out for not less than Rs 5 m. The Jamnagar unit is proposed to be sold off for a minimum of Rs 50 m or leased out for at least Rs 7.5 m.
