Sikaman Gold Resources has completed the acquisition of 1315986 Ontario Corp., which includes NorstarMall.ca, Canada's first broadcast Internet shopping mall, and E-Vision Interactive, a Web site design and management company. The purchase of 100 per cent of the outstanding shares of the company was in exchange for 10 million common shares of Sikaman.
