What's sad is that the potential is there, but the shorters are using the PP as extra insurance to drive the stock down so successfully. The attorneys and the banker who put the PP together really screwed up on this one (or are crooks). Either way, I am shocked that management of TSIG was so un-savvy and naive in allowing the PP to be carried out in its present structure. Has ANYONE spoken to Henry or Gordon and gotten ANY kind of information that might stop the bleeding? Apparently there was no price cap or time cap on PP conversion? Pardon my ignorance if others answered these questions...I have little time to wade through all the posts. PS-- I have not heard back from Henry yet.
