It does not panic Cigar that there are many Q shorts -- LU remains the most heavily shorted of all NYSE stocks, and they seem to be doing just fine, thank you. I am not consitutionally a short, but I can understand that anyone watching this year's Q explosion from it's "natural home in the 40s," or LU's equally neat ride the last year, might feel the law of gravity will apply some time soon. And someone looking at a stock selling at 350 times trailing earnings who doesn't know the whole story (obviously not having had the benefit of this wonderful board) might expect a quick score. To which I can only say this is, for them, clearly a case of American tough titty.
