Though they all do not have to file I would bet that most of the non insider vips have not sold any(or very few) shares. These are the guys that are working with the content providers like Fox, TV Guide, The Box, AT&T who we have a carrige agreement and Hits integration. These VIPS include Imai, Alworth, Deo, Barron, Ingra etc.
