The similarities are mind boggling.. Transpoint started in June 1997 .....The Exchange started in June 1999 TP claimed that it had been at work for 12 months prior to June 1997 Launch. ......The Exchange claimed that it had been at work for 5 months prior to June 1997 Launch. TP claimed it would be in production by year end (1997.) .....The Exchanged claimed it would be in production by year end (1999). MSFDC had been rumored for months before the formal announcement, but many investment bankers, analysts, Craft, CheckFree, etc., etc., never heard of The Exchange until the day before the formal announcement. In addition, from the Wells press release were forming a new company, but if they were hard at work, one might reason that the company would have been formed some months ago. My conclusion is that it is very questionable if The Exchange has been "hard at work" since January. Benny(IMHO!!!)
