You'll laugh when I say this,
but sometimes a plateau will break
if you eat a big dish of pasta or
other carbs. Since you are decreasing
your consumption of same on the diet,
sometimes the body needs the shock of
a carb infusion to get over the plateau.

Kinda like breaking the BRL.....<g>
