Haven't been to HAHVAHD, but I am quite fond of New England, especially Cape Cod.
To give a little back to MRPS (I am currently out), I think we are discovering today what thousands of BB investors are about to discover over the next year: The filing of statements acceptable to SEC is a lot more difficult and expensive than the companies and investors realized before. You can't use Bubba, Larry & Joe Bob, CPA's, LLP for this . You have to hire accountants who have SEC filing experience, as well as competent legal counsel, and-most important-an internal financial staff that can handle the regulatory challenges. That's the only way to get this stuff done correctly and on time.
For investors in BB stocks we will have a new area of opportunity. It will no longer be enough to find companies with great product and revenue potential. Management will now have to be experienced and sophisticated enough to get the required reporting task done. Find the right combination in a BB company, and you most likely will find your desired profits.
I think that MRPS will eventually get this taken care of. In the process, they can prove that Jimmy and Miles aren't just smiling, glad-handing race track groupies. Once that proves out, it will be time to jump back in and profit from a listing on NASDAQ or other major exchange. |
