I sense your excitement about an alleged bursting bubble that will cast this country into recession? Why can't we all just get along and enjoy inflated values and debt. You must remember that Americans live in the here and now and rarely think about tomorrow. (Hence no savings rate outside of 401K.) There is nothing wrong with partying.

For you today, I recommend that you short AMD. They announced a $200 million loss for 3 months work and the stock is now trading up. Since MU lost much less than AMD, MU should trade at $65. Simple enough?

OK. Can I interest you in Starbucks (SBUX)? They are a most excellent, well-managed operation.
