In essence the BB will become a new NASDAQ exchange, with the pink sheets taking the place of the old BB. The pinks are in the process of going on-line, and may not be as much of a jungle in the future. The current NASDAQ National Market gets promoted by default by all this. I seem to recall that NASDAQ merged with AMEX last year. Perhaps the Big NASDAQ will become the new curb exchange. The good part about that is that market makers are replaced by floor specialists.
