Looking forward to an answer to your question. I do not know. Of interest, looks like the MACD is STRONG right now and the Stoch is starting to curl back up from below the line. We should see some action soon. clearstation.com Also, found this interesting post: Seems the news on VALH about the joint venture is with an Indian tribe in ontario.The John Ziner Lumber company has developed an artificial intelligence system for grading wood vs relying on the human eye.They got the funding for that through a grant from the Canadian government.It is interesting to note that the Canadian government is part owner of the tribes lumber company.Seems the government wants to put this system into play.It's called the opti system and so far,no lumber company is using it do to the 12,000,000 cost of building the thing.This may be a start of a computerized system of grading and up-valuing lumber that is not available to lumber companies at the present time. It would be great if 1) It works right 2) it is maeketed to other lumber companies 3)And value holdings gets some sort of royalties for the use of the computer system. Just a few thoughts on the potential for this system.
