The reason for this weird action is a combination of different factors.

First, a correction by the rules that applied to all Internet stocks.

Second, from the latest Proxy Statement, it seems it is in the best interest of a number of individuals for IATV to trade at or below $11 a share until the end of this month.

I hate to postpone the good news until later, but I truly think a lot of things will unfold once we see July 1st.
