Kash, What do you mean 'starts depreciation'? Do they not run the line as if it was full, but with just test silica? That means all the pumps, gears, etc are all in motion and wearing away at virtually the same rate as full tilt boogie. Is this a 'handoff' from the fab suppliers and installers of the equipment once it works to spec by making a high yield batch then AMD 'owns' it from that instant and then payment is due to suppliers etc.
