1) Who are franklins current customers of substance beside usat and JM Best as both of those have a cloud at this time. it is not even certain if usat is indeed a customer any longer. If usat continues to be a customer, this customer has a monumental cloud over them. Their is an ongoing investigation regarding that customer's release of public information.

I defer to usat's last documents filed with the SEC regarding their status financially and that company's ability to secure financing.

JM Best has no obligation to the SEC, therefore the SEC cannot bring charges for the information on his site. However the information on that website is false.

2) The status of the recent lawsuits

3) The recent announcement of CYBERVOZ.COM under construction. This company's corporate office and corporate phone are 266 miles apart, but that is yet another meaningless tidbit, isn't it. Is this another intrine.com. Do you know where intrine.com is currently ?????

4) What happened to Internet passport, cyclone, tornado and on and on and on. each of these products were billed as killer applications at the time they were announced. Where are they now. How many times in the last three years has ftel.com reinvented itself. Another meaningless tidbit.

5) Controversy swirls around this company, constantly.

Above all seth do you not have a minimal amount of shame over your bold predictions of two years and one half years ago. At that time you predicted mucho denero stock price. What is different now.
