Well thank you Tom for posting all the negatives as you see it regarding FCM. We need for clarification to look at the list and put in the form of a factual statement:

1) Who are franklins current customers of substance beside usat and JM Best as both of those have a cloud at this time. it is not even certain if usat is indeed a customer any longer. If usat continues to be a customer, this customer has a monumental cloud over them. Their is an ongoing investigation regarding that customer's release of public information.

Tom can I rephrase this with your permission that
1)Fact is, as far as we know, is JM BEST and USAT are FCMs only customers of substance?

If you do not mind whether JM Best lies or not does not reflect share price or conversely we can say that Routers made 100M last year so will that affect FCM share price? No! so I will take that one off your list
2) The status of the recent lawsuits
Sorry again I will help you to rephrase if it is ok,
2) The law suit against Mr. Mcgruder barring him to have interaction with any of FCM/FNET clients or customers or prospects is still unresolved as far as public knowledge is concerned.

3) The recent announcement of CYBERVOZ.COM under construction. This company's corporate office and corporate phone are 266 miles apart, but that another meaningless tidbit, isn't it. Is this another intrine.com. Do you know where intrine.com is currently ?????

Tom I apologize if it appears that I am trying to put words in your mouth you are of course welcome re-edit the list.

3)the contact phone number of CYBERVOZ.COM is 266 miles from address of corporate HQ

4) Franklin made announcement in 1997 that major company was buying DVG. Intrine never made the deal and FCM was irresponsible in this release

5) Internet passport never proved out to be the addition that FCM and Frank thought it would be

6) cyclone, tornado and other products have been represented by the company in the past as being products that should bring in a lot of revenue. Fact is the revenues from these products were less than expected .

7) FTEL has had a tendency to change corporate focus up until 2 years ago when they put all on back burner to focus energy on TEMPEST.

5) Controversy swirls around this company, constantly.

Above all seth do you not have a minimal amount of shame over your bold predictions of two years and one half years ago. At that time you predicted mucho denero stock price. What is different now.

I was wrong tom! have been wrong many times regarding FCM. I freely admit it. But this is not about you and me this is about the facts regarding FCM.
