Given that, the stock price is holding up remarkably well in a down market. I'm tempted to go with the alternative view: dilution only if the stock is successful, and the options are exercised. I think I get it now. more dilution for the shareholders. It should come to no surprise to anyone here as I have said it is coming. This company is desperate for capital. P.
