Looking at all the TA, MSGI destined to hit 15 before it hits 25 again. I would look to pick up more as it crosses down below 20.
Let's see if the TA really works.

PS I'm NOT short, I did take profit @ 28 & 25, but still long
looking to pile on between 15 & 19 if/when TA turns Green
