The total Japanese expenditure on security is only pennies on the dollar we spend to protect them. You can also go the GAO budget for this year and note the extra cost of a conventional carrier Vs Nuke as requested by Japan. You "cutting remarks" only cut at your total lack of knowledge concerning US DoD budget.
