Glenmore Highlands completes private placement Glenmore Highlands Inc GMH Shares issued 26,528,582 Jun 24 close $1.00 Fri 25 Jun 99 News Release Mr. David Whittle reports Glenmore Highlands has closed a private placement of one million common shares at a price of 90 cents per share. A commission of 3 per cent of the gross proceeds was paid to an agent in respect of this private placement. The net proceeds will be used to further Glenmore's investments in its various mineral exploration and development projects and for general working capital purposes.
