Sorry it looks like all but the first sentince of my previous responce did not make it.

So here it is

Aug 1994 AUR Resources pays aprox 27mill for 48.3% of Canada Tungsten.

Dec 1996 AUR Resources pays aprox 47mill for the remaining 51.7% of CTG for a total of 74mill

The only asset I know of that is not included in the proposed NTC AUR deal is the Andacallo copper property in Chili, this property should be in production next year and is huge easily worth half of CTGs assets at the time if its merger with AUR.

AURs side of the deal is easily worth 30mill.

This being the case NTCs market cape of aprox 4mill today is a big ?????

lets just say that NTC has a longRowTaHoe.
