Well, now that you mentioned it, I loaded that "boat" with FGI at 12 7/8 and 13.
Fundamentals and consensus are OK but TA says this stock should hold the March gap 12 1/2 to 12 7/8 or so. If not, as you say I have a long term hold on my hands, but that is the what it was bought for anyway.
I am not afraid to buy support on a good but recently horsewhipped company and I love picking bottoms and turnarounds.

I think Slider would be proud<VBG>.
