Yes... it is actually quite a phenomenon! When a group such as the Insider Report even mentions a stock, all of a sudden that companies market capitalization increases 50% and sometimes more! Many times it does pay to wait a few days and sometimes the stock returns to lower levels... but sometimes it doesn't! I have begun watching Southview and really like the web site and their properties look to be very diversified. I will continue to watch and hope to hear more on this one. LL
