AriKira +, my thoughts:
I assumed that you were referring to the ASO postings as I thought that the stock thread was meant strictly for Pyng related material. Nevertheless, aside from what I posted regarding the apparent validity of ASO's claims of foul, another key problem with a lawsuit would be the fact that the company would be jeopardizing a very important future source of revenue. Specifically, Rural/Metro, who have made it clear that trials will extend to at least the end of the year, represents an integral source of revenue for the company down the road. A court summons for the Medical Director would hinder the relationship between Pyng and Rural, especially since I'm sure the MD would be astonished by the news release indicating trials were over. I didn't bother to mention it to the company when I inquired about the duration of the trials, as I would like to see Pyng succeed over the next 5-10 years.
I'd be surprised if the stock appreciates before any significant sales are realized, but this type of investment should be treated as a long-term investment anyways. Anyone looking to make a quick buck off this stock will be disappointed. However, I am confident that provided liquidity does not become a concern, that this company and its stock will prove profitable 2-5 years down the road.
