So what's happened to all the one, two and three hundred million dollar contracts we used see on a biweekly basis(at least it seemed to be that frequent)? A couple of those sure would be nice right now. Could Qwest possibly be in a self imposed blackout period relating to the bid for FRO and USW. I know we've seen some press lately, but it seems like it sure has been a long time since we've seen any with $$$ attached. Just wondering.
