FOMC Tues.

Nervous nellies Mon morning. If there is any more shaking out to do
or taking out of stops this is when it should happen.

Can't believe the market will be anything but stale on the 28th.

Personally I've ALWAYS found it best to accumulate on LOW volume days,
to avoid manipulation by professionals. That's when they buy, so that's when I buy.
