Triangle Broadcasting Co. Inc. Announces a July 1, 1999 Opening Date for the New Palm Springs Television Studios
PALM SPRINGS, Calif.--(ENTERTAINMENT WIRE)--June 25, 1999--
Moves Up the Scheduled AuctionsTelevision Premiere to August 14, 1999

Triangle Broadcasting Co. Inc. (OTCBB:GAAY) Executive Vice President Dick Weiner announced today that the newly acquired Palm Springs Television Studios will open officially for business on July 1, 1999.

At the same time Weiner noted that the previously announced October 2, 1999 premiere date for the Palm Springs Television Studios production of AuctionsTelevision will be moved up to August 14, 1999. Television markets are now being selected for the first broadcast of this new, exciting, three-hour show. David Castro, Auction Producer, is aggressively looking for inventories of merchandise throughout the world and is reserving items for sale and can be reached by email at AuctionsTelevision.com.

It was further announced that there will be a ceremonial Open House at Palm Springs Television Studios on July 23, 1999 and the public is invited to attend at 1000 E. Tahquitz Canyon Way, Palm Springs, Calif. The new facility was formerly the home of the Morton Downey Television Show which originated from a full service restaurant adjacent to the studio where the audience could watch while the program was taped.

Triangle has decided to convert the restaurant space into a coffee shop where gourmet coffee and pastries will be served. Triangle is now in negotiations with the three major gourmet coffee shop chains. Patrons will be able to watch both radio and television broadcasting from the coffee shop when it is open for business. For Internet users, the coffee shop will also have computers with Internet capabilities for use by its customers.
