But how many business plans ago did the insiders buy? I think that buying was due to excitement over their plans to sell downloadable music over the internet. They scrapped that business plan and now are developing the next best internet payment system. This is a company with no sales and no revenues, and almost no public information about what they are developing. It's a development stage company. At least VCs get to see what they are buying.

So you're recommending a company because there was a lot of insider buying in the past, at lower prices, and because it's associated with the internet? Any other reasons?
