Something I believe is important that hasn't been discussed yet... Does anyone have any information and/or experience as to what a "Vice Chairmen's" responsibility is?? I'd vote that John Young's track record of success as an industry executive, in addition to his myriad of contacts, allowed him to attract such talented candidates for the job. He isn't talked about much but it's become more appearent that Mr. Young has been playing a very large role in the quick turnaround of Novell. I sincerely hope he continues to stay as at least a fairly active force 'behind the shadows'! JP
