I ask you again to ask the SEC whether or not an MM can put a quote on INCA, they can not (or Selectnet or anywhere else). MM's can take unsolicited orders and call each other, but they can not, repeat can not put up offers on INCA.

Getting out of a grey market stock is their problem, they never should have been there in the first place, that's the whole reason for the halt.

You are correct about the fact that no BD will file a 15 c 211.
