Trading up helps the deal, because they don't want it near the collar price of 30.5.

The higher the price, the better the deal is for FRO and USW and the more they will have to think about it before they summarily decide.

If it continues to rise, it just continues to make the deal sweeter, and makes GBLX have to potentially pony up more money, or walk, unable to top it.

It's a nice poker play. GBLX sweetens, pays too much, and QWST doesn't get either.

Or GLBX walks, and now has to find a new customers base.

They'll be working the weekend on this, but we won't!!
