Last I seen was approx. 44 mil. They can't go over 50 mil. limit at this time. Approx 11 mil. shares were issued recently. Now we are hearing that news is due out for next tues. The CO. issued these shares for something, maybe it has something to do with this upcoming release. They say the deal is for 127 wells. These wells from what I hear are to be held jointly by abrg and their jv. Venture oil & gas. At todays price I don't think there is much if any risk. I also hear there will be 3-5 investment groups buying next week with an initial price target of .25. I hope their right. If the deal about these 127 wells is in fact legit we could easily see .25 IMO. I guess we will see soon. Regards
